About the Role
This is more than just a sales position—it's an opportunity to build lasting relationships while helping customers create beautiful homes and commercial spaces.
As a Sales & Design Consultant, you'll guide customers through the selection process, providing expert advice on our extensive range of premium tiles, tapware and bathware.
Whether working with first-home buyers, renovators, builders or designers, you'll deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial consultation through to sale.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, designers and trade customers.
Assist customers in selecting products that suit their style, needs and budget.
Respond to enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability and specifications.
Prepare quotations,



process sales and complete sales administration.
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising and displays to the highest standard.
Contribute to a clean, organised and welcoming showroom environment.
Use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Follow company policies, procedures and best practices.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design and is motivated to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You'll bring:
A positive, energetic and customer-first attitude.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proven experience in sales administration and customer service.
Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative approach and willingness to support your teammates.
Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)
Experience in the home improvement, building or renovation industry.
Retail experience within tiles, flooring, bathware or related products.
An Interior Design/ Colour Consulting qualification or background.
Knowledge of residential building products or construction.
