Duties:
Support senior agents with the leasing and sale of commercial properties across office, retail and industrial assets
Prospect for new business opportunities and build relationships with owners, tenants and investors
Conduct property inspections, market appraisals and client meetings
Prepare submissions, marketing campaigns and property reports
Assist with negotiations, transaction management and deal execution
The skills and experience required for this role:




Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate sales, leasing or business development
Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, driven and eager to build a long-term career in commercial property
Professional presentation with strong organisational and time management skills
