PAINTER REQUIRED – ONE-OFF CONTRACT WORK
Location: North Lakes QLD ****
A painter is required on a contract basis to undertake the internal painting of a small single-storey, two-bedroom residential dwelling.
Contract Value: AUD 2,200 (fixed price)
Scope of Work:
Internal painting only (no external painting required)
Preparation of walls and ceilings, including sanding and minor patching where required
Application of paint to internal walls, ceilings, doors, trims and associated surfaces
Completion of touch-up works and final clean-up
Required Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated residential painting experience
Ability to prepare surfaces and apply paint to a professional standard
Knowledge of painting tools, materials and safe work practices
Solid attention to detail and finish quality
Ability to complete the project independently and within agreed timeframes
