Job Description
This is a flexible role available as a casual/contractor or part-time with the prospect for a full-time role.
Provide Speech therapy services through NDIS and Aged Care, in clinic, off site or in the clients homes.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Speech Pathologist, you will:
Provide high quality assessments and treatment and improve patient outcomes by implementing the best evidence-based practice.
Development of individual, evidence-based treatment plans and goals to address any deficits identified in these areas ensuring best practice and person-centred care planning for clients and participants.
Be able to work independently and efficiently.
Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.




Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
Responsible for liaising with patients, families, doctors and other allied health professionals.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in the role, you will need:
Full AHPRA registration and qualified liability/public indemnity insurance
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Be able to understand new systems and processes in an effective manner.
Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
Experience working with NDIS or aged care residents (Preferable but not essential)
