We are looking for a motivated and reliable Nursery Hand to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn. You'll be involved in all aspects of day-to-day nursery operations while working alongside an experienced and friendly team.
Responsibilities include:
Ordering Picking & loading trucks
Potting and spacing plants
Watering and general plant care
Weeding and maintaining nursery presentation
Loading and unloading customer orders
Assisting with stock movement and organisation
Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and protected
General nursery and maintenance duties as required
What We're Looking For
Reliable with a robust work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
A current driver's licence is preferred (but not essential)
Previous nursery, horticulture, landscaping or agricultural experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
