About the Role

As our Property Manager, you’ll:
Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 120 properties.
Build solid relationships with property owners, tenants and contractors.
Coordinate maintenance, inspections and day-to-day property management.




Deliver outstanding customer service and communication.
Work as part of a supportive, cooperative team.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
A minimum of 1 years' experience in residential Property Management.
A current Queensland Certificate of Registration.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Robust organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
