About the Role
We're recruiting for an experienced
Desktop Support Engineer
to join a well-established financial services organisation in Brisbane CBD, on a 10-week contract covering parental leave.
This is an onsite role providing local, hands-on IT support to staff, working closely alongside the client's offshore Help Desk team based in Manila to deliver seamless day-to-day technical support across the business.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in a Desktop Support / Service Desk Level 2 role
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365




Hands-on experience with laptop imaging and device troubleshooting
Comfortable working onsite and liaising with an offshore support team
Financial services experience highly regarded
Qualified, reliable, and able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
Available for an
ASAP start
on a 10-week contract
