CareSouth AU is seeking a Disability Support Worker on a casual basis in Current South Wales to provide personalised supports for young people and adults within a supported home setting. You'll assist with daily tasks, personal care and activities, following individual care plans and collaborating with families, therapists and case managers.
The role requires qualifications in residential care or related areas (Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent), a flexible roster including weekends
