About opportunity
Under the leadership and guidance of the Supervising Scientist in Biochemistry, you will be bringing your technical skills and expertise to efficiently operate a range of automated analysers and software.This is full-time position of 38 hours per week.
Applications should possess the following:
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant laboratory or scientific field or equivalent with subjects in Clinical Biochemistry advantageous




Chemistry pathology laboratory experience working in the Australian pathology industry preferred
Experience with Chemistry and Immunoassay analysers within a high volume automated track environment. LCMS experience would be highly advantageous.
Ability to demonstrate sound organisation skills, and work well under pressure
Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
Appropriate working rights to work in Australia
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities:
Adhering to company and quality policies and procedures.
Ability to prioritise and organise workflow efficiently and safely.
Maintaining and utilising analysers and equipment, including quality control and troubleshooting
Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Exhibit high level of interpersonal skill and have the ability to work within a team setting.
Availability to work on a rotating 24/7 roster which includes overnights, weekends and public holidays is a requirement of this role.
