This chance is ideal for an experienced Level 2 Systems Engineer looking to build on their support experience and progress into infrastructure project work. You'll work alongside Senior Engineers, support a wide range of customer environments, and gain hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies while developing toward a future Level 3 position.

Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 technical support across Microsoft settings.
Troubleshoot servers, networking and cloud technologies.
Assist with infrastructure projects and customer deployments.
Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.




Work closely with Senior Engineers on larger implementations.
Produce clear technical documentation.
Visit client sites across Sydney when required.

Skills/Must Have:
2 to 4+ years' experience within an MSP.
Passion for learning and progressing technically.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Current Australian Driver's License.
Clear pathway into Level 3 Engineering.
Exposure to enterprise infrastructure projects.
Ongoing technical mentoring.
Training and certification support.
