This role is suited to a tradesperson with strong experience across all aspects of custom joinery and cabinetry, including factory production, assembly, and installation preparation. Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
Trade qualifications and proven experience as a Joiner and/or Cabinet Maker
Solid experience in custom joinery and cabinetry
A current White Card
A current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
Commitment to delivering work to a high standard of quality and finish
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support apprentices when required
Experience leading projects or supervising team members is highly regarded
