Wesfarmers Health seeks an experienced Test Lead to drive the end-to-end testing and automation for a large Payroll and Workforce Management transformation program. You will report to the Project Manager and define testing strategy across payroll, workforce management, data migration, and reporting, ensuring compliance and readiness for deployment.

You will collaborate with payroll SMEs, business stakeholders, tech teams and partners to validate solutions and support a smooth production cutover.
