Chef (Full time) | The Hill Café & Noona’s Pizzeria

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Chef to join our team across two well-established venues in the Port Macquarie region — The Hill Café and Noona’s Pizzeria.

This is a outstanding prospect for someone who wants to develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen, with exposure to both daytime café service and evening restaurant trade. We are open to applicants at any stage of their training, including apprentices, juniors ready to step up, or more experienced chefs.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be involved in all aspects of kitchen operations, including:
Assisting with food preparation and service to a high standard
Maintaining food safety and hygiene practices
Supporting stock control and communicating kitchen needs
Organising and maintaining dry store, coolroom, and fridges
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
Following direction from senior chefs and management
Contributing ideas for specials and menu development

We’re located just 10 minutes from Port Macquarie CBD, servicing the Thrumster, Wauchope, Lake Cathie, and beachside communities.
