required for a local role supporting managers through productive project delivery, team leadership, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate SMP projects from planning to completion
Lead and support site teams and subcontractors
Manage schedules, resources, and project delivery
Build client relationships and drive project outcomes

About You
Full Australian Working Rights
Trade Qualified (Fabrication/Welding preferred)




Minimum 3 years' leadership and team management experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Committed to maintaining a positive safety culture and team wellbeing
