What you'll be doing:
Managing building construction and upgrade projects from planning through to handover
Overseeing consultants, contractors, procurement, tendering and contract administration
Managing project scope, budgets, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations
Leading project teams and ensuring successful project outcomes
Preparing reports and maintaining project documentation and governance requirements
We're looking for someone with:
Client-side construction project management experience
Strong knowledge of capital works and building projects
Experience managing consultants and contractors
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Qualifications in Building, Construction, Project Management or a related field
This role is moving quickly and won't stay on the market for long.
