An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Manager to lead the operations of a well-established business services organisation. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have full accountability for the business's performance, leading a diverse team across Operations, Field Service, Internal Sales, and Field Sales.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving profitability, developing high-performing teams, improving business processes and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring high levels of service delivery and operational efficiency.
Take full ownership of the business P&L;, budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
Develop and execute business strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Lead, coach and mentor managers and staff across Operations, Field Service, Internal Sales and Field Sales.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and operational efficiencies.
Build solid relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements and industry standards.

Proven experience managing a business unit or branch with full P&L; responsibility.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make sound business decisions.
Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams, including Operations, Field Service and Sales.
