HIA Apprentices is offering an exciting chance for keen and reliable individuals looking to start a career pathway as a fully qualified carpenter. Positions are available for enthusiastic candidates looking to start or continue their carpentry apprenticeship.

As an apprentice, you will:
Work hands-on building structures and working on construction sites
Gain full training in all aspects of the carpentry industry
Receive dedicated support from HIA Apprentices throughout your training and employment

The Ideal Candidate:
Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
Punctual, reliable, and hard-working




Committed to completing your apprenticeship and becoming a fully qualified carpenter
Team player with attention to detail
Driver's licence or access to reliable transport
CI Card (White Card) or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Priority Applicants:
Those who have already commenced their apprenticeship
Applicants who lost their position due to COVID-19
Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply
