INTERNAL SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Internal Sales / Customer Service Representative required for timber door & frame manufacturer located on Brisbane's southside.

Our family owned business for 30+ years manufactures & supplies entry doors & frames, internal doors, jambs, mouldings, locks & all fix out materials to residential builders.

Our sales department consists of a small, friendly team of experienced staff. We are looking to employ an enthusiastic customer service representative to become a crucial part of our team in an internal sales role assisting with customer enquiries & supporting day to day business operations.

Experience / Qualifications :
Highly fluent written & spoken English.
Excellent computer skills & email are essential, MYOB beneficial.




Experience in building / manufacturing industry is preferable.
Ability to read plans / drawings is advantageous.
Willingness to learn & develop product knowledge.

In order to help you succeed in this role, onsite training will be provided by our dedicated team.

Customer focused position.
Manage incoming customer calls & emails.
Responding to customer sales enquiries.
Preparing & processing quotes / sales orders efficiently & accurately.
Ability to multi-task.
Must be well presented, friendly and reliable.
