Decidr is building the infrastructure for intelligent organisations.
Our platform, DecidrOS — the Agentic Operating System — enables organisations to deploy AI agents that can plan, decide, and execute real business workflows.
We're creating the infrastructure layer to connect organisations, workflows, and decision systems into a shared network where intelligent agents can coordinate and execute work at scale.
Decidr is an ASX-listed technology company scaling globally across Sydney, Singapore, and New York.
About the Role
We're looking for an Assistant Accountant to support and deliver core finance operations across our Australian, US, and Singapore entities.
You'll work closely with the Finance Manager and broader team to ensure finance processes are accurate, timely, and compliant across multiple jurisdictions. This is a hands‐on role with exposure to global accounting processes, offering a robust foundation for someone looking to build their career in a high‐growth, multi‐entity environment.
In this role
Manage accounts payable processes, including supplier invoices, expense claims, and payment runs
Support payroll processing across AU, US, and SG, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements
Perform bank, balance sheet, and payroll reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies
Prepare and post journals, including payroll and accrual‐related entries
Support month‐end and year‐end close processes, including reconciliations and audit preparation
Assist with statutory and tax compliance obligations (e.g. STP, PAYG, superannuation, CPF, US payroll filings)
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure documentation is audit‐ready

Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the ongoing development of finance operations
You'll succeed if you
Have experience in accounts payable, payroll, and reconciliations
Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Are comfortable working across multiple entities or are eager to develop this capability
Are studying towards (or have completed) a CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
Understand the importance of compliance, controls, and deadlines
Communicate clearly and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism
Are open to learning new systems and tools, including automation and AI in finance
Why Decidr
Exposure to global finance operations across AU, US, and SG
Opportunity to build experience in a multi‐entity, high‐growth environment
Work within an ASX‐listed technology company
Supportive team environment with direct access to experienced finance leadership
Opportunity to contribute to improving finance processes as the business scales
