Aussie Pacific is a leading player in the wholesale uniform / garment industry, known for our high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their customer service career who's keen to learn, grow, and gain hands‐on experience in the apparel and dye‐sub industry.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from enquiry to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner
Providing clear and accurate information about products, orders, and processes
Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Maintaining and updating customer records in our systems
Liaising with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to resolve customer queries
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required




Handling customer concerns and complaints with a solution-focused approach
Learning our dye-sublimation products and processes to confidently support customers
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate.
You'll ideally have:
Customer service or administration experience
Strong communication skills with a positive, can‐do attitude
High attention to detail with basic data entry skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Full working rights in Australia.
Ability to work 5 days per week during standard business hours (8:30am–5:00pm).
Desirable but not essential
Experience in apparel, uniforms, printing, or dye‐sublimation
Familiarity with CRM or order‐processing systems
Full training will be provided.
