We're looking for a dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and support our clinical team.

About the Role
Greet patients and manage bookings with warmth and professionalism
Answer phone and email enquiries
Manage daily clinic operations, appointments, and billing
Liaise with physiotherapists and allied health staff




Assist with NDIS and Medicare paperwork as needed
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident with computer systems (experience with Halaxy or similar software is a bonus)
Previous receptionist or admin experience in a health setting preferred but not essential
Friendly, proactive, and reliable attitude
Available to work part time or full-time, including afternoons and occasional Saturdays
