We're seeking a passionate and experiencedSenior Interior Designerto join our Property team and play a key role in shaping environments that inspire and support our residents and stakeholders. Reporting to theHead of Design Innovation, this role offers the chance to lead design initiatives, manage FF&E; and finishes, and contribute to strategic projects across greenfield and brownfield developments.
About The Role:
Collaborating with internal and external clients to develop and refine design briefs
Resolving design challenges and incorporating feedback
Reviewing documentation for new and existing sites
Detailing joinery, FF&E;, and presentation boards
Presenting designs to residents and stakeholders
Attending project meetings and supporting delivery and fit-out
Contributing to strategic initiatives and business cases
Supporting internal and external design teams
Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and team members
About You:
You're a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong eye for detail. You bring:




A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
8+ years of experience in interior design
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or Revit
Excellent organisational and documentation skills
A commitment to environmental sustainability
Strong research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Confidence in decision-making and influencing across teams
High-level communication skills and workshop facilitation experience
