About the Role
Working alongside an experienced IT team, you'll gain practical experience across a wide range of technologies while supporting staff across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide desktop and end‐user IT support
Assist with Microsoft 365, Teams and business applications
Manage user accounts, passwords and system access
Set up and maintain IT equipment and asset registers
Prepare user guides and technical documentation
Monitor backups and perform routine IT system checks
Escalate technical issues to senior IT staff as required
About You
We're looking for someone who:




Has a genuine interest in technology and IT
Is technically minded and enjoys solving problems
Has strong communication and customer service skills
Is eager to learn and develop new technical skills
Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work
Can work well independently and as part of a team
Has basic computer knowledge and is comfortable learning new systems
Previous IT experience is
not required
—just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and the right attitude.
