NBMLHD invites applications for a Social Worker in the Aged Services Emergency Team (ASET) at Nepean Hospital. This temporary part-time role focuses on assessment and intervention for older patients presenting to the emergency department.
The successful candidate will provide senior clinical leadership, assess complex social issues and help optimise patient care in a multidisciplinary setting. Flexible hours up to 17 per week are offered.
