About the Role
As our
Bodyshop Estimator
, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our busy bodyshop. You'll be responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing accurate repair estimates using
iBody
, coordinating repairs from commencement through to completion,



and ensuring every repair meets the highest standards of quality and manufacturer requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inspecting damaged vehicles and preparing accurate repair estimates using iBody.
Identifying repair methods and additional damage throughout the repair process.
Managing repair files from estimate through to vehicle delivery.
Liaising with customers, insurers, assessors and suppliers to ensure a seamless repair experience.
Ordering parts and coordinating deliveries to minimise repair delays.
Working closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining quality, efficiency and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Smash Repair Estimator, Collision Repair Estimator, or relevant experience within the smash repair industry.
Experience using iBody or similar estimating software is preferred.
Sound knowledge of vehicle construction, collision repair methods and manufacturer repair procedures.
Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair quotations.
Experience liaising with insurance companies, assessors and customers throughout the repair process.
Experience with parts ordering and coordinating repair schedules is advantageous.
Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple repair files while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A positive attitude, professional presentation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience with prestige vehicle brands or OEM-approved repair environments will be highly regarded.
