About the Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:
Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
Delivering friendly and professional customer service
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times
Maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
What We're Looking For




To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years' bartending experience
in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue
A
current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
(essential)
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Experience handling high-volume service and busy nights
Ability to work confidently with minimal supervision
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-focused approach
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
