Recruitment Consultant
to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your previous experience to a role that will focus on all behind the scenes tasks. You will work alongside an experienced team of recruitment consultants and management team while helping to manage the recruitment opportunities within our organisation. The role would be suited to a motivated self-started who is proactive and able to work autonomously while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & onboarding by proactively identifying talent, conducting behavioural or technical screening, and evaluating candidate profiles against client requirements
Employee Background and immigration checks
Compliance & adhering to our Quality & Safety Systems
Site visits & seeing all the different industries we deal with 1sthand
Assisting with the planning, developing & implementing an effective candidate marketing strategy while working with the marketing department to optimise outcomes.
Client/ candidate management, including consulting with employers to establish comprehensive profiles of their vacant positions, including organizational culture and technical prerequisites.
Relationship development to efficiently and effectively meet the needs & expectations of our clients and candidates, including managing end-to-end placement lifecycle through negotiating offers, providing feedback to unsuccessful parties, and advising clients and talent through the hiring process.
Oncall phones on a rotating roster
What We're Looking For:
A relevant tertiary qualification in business or similar is essential
At least 1 year of full-time equivalent work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Previous experience in admin, HR, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
A proactive and adaptable approach to handling various tasks
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
MUST have full working rights in Australia
This is a full-time role offering a salary of $79,500 - $85,000. The role is based in Parramatta, NSW.
