ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of diverse projects across Canberra, ranging from $5M to $30M in value. In your role as Project Manager, you will take a key leadership position in managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the client's budgetary requirements.
DUTIES.




Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
Develop and oversee project schedules to building specification and standards
Deliver clear and timely project updates and reports to senior management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on a range of projects
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships
Familiarity with Procore is desirable but not mandatory
