As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Onboarding Administrator to join our Sydney team.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is an expert in administration and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring new employees and contractors are fully onboarded and ready to commence work across a range of exciting projects.
Working closely with our Mobilisations Manager, you'll coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process while delivering a positive experience for every recent starter.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the onboarding and mobilisation of employees and contractors across multiple projects
Upload and manage employee profiles within client induction and compliance platforms (e.g. Pegasus, Damstra, RIW and Avetta)
Verify and maintain employee licences, qualifications, tickets and compliance documentation, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
Coordinate mobilisation requirements for interstate and international employees, including liaising with workers to ensure they are project-ready
Book and coordinate required training courses, medicals and inductions to meet client and project requirements
Liaise with employees, recruitment and operations teams to coordinate start dates and onboarding requirements
Maintain accurate employee records and update internal HR systems throughout the onboarding process
Respond to onboarding and compliance enquiries while providing general administrative support to the People team
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working with people. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in administration, HR, recruitment, onboarding or workforce coordination
Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, mining or energy industries is highly regarded but not essential
Experience with compliance platforms such as Pegasus, Damstra, RIW or 3D Safety will be advantageous
