The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations across manufacturing, warehouse and dispatch, ensuring the business continues to deliver outstanding quality,



safety and customer service. Main Duties include:
Driving daily operational performance to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
Monitoring KPIs relating to safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
Managing labour planning, performance management and workforce development.

The Requirements
Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Production Manager position within an engineering based manufacturing workplace
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies
A solid focus on safety, quality and operational performance
The ability to analyse operational data and make informed commercial decisions
