St Mary’s Villa Residential Aged Care in Concord, NSW is seeking a Quality, Compliance and Education Manager to lead and strengthen quality, compliance and workforce education. You will ensure delivery of protected, high-quality, person-centred care and maintain accreditation readiness across SMV.

You will work with leadership, clinical and care teams to align strategies with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation, driving continuous improvement and reporting to governance bodies.
