Join our dynamic team as a Furniture Sales professional at Custom Designs Furniture in Belrose, NSW. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality furniture products.
Key responsibilities
Providing knowledgeable and personalised assistance to customers in selecting the perfect furniture pieces for their homes or businesses
Demonstrating product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
Maintaining a visually appealing and well-organised showroom to showcase our furniture collections
Assisting with inventory management, product merchandising, and stock replenishment tasks
Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
Collaborating with the broader retail team to provide a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the furniture or home furnishings industry
A minimum of 1-2 years retail or sales experience is required for this position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
Strong product knowledge and the capacity to understand and articulate the unique features and benefits of our furniture offerings
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through proactive and consultative selling approaches
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Permanent residency status is required for this position
