About the Role..
As a Post Placement Support Consultant you will facilitate and support the retention of employment outcomes for participants. Working within the FSA's Workforce Australia Services Integrated Employment Service Model framework, the Post Placement Support Consultant will build, manage and develop relationships with participants and employers to deliver evidence based sustainable employment outcomes.
In a multi-disciplined community service environment, the position acts to engage with and ensure that FSA provides individualised and comprehensive post placement support to participants and employers. The Post Placement Support Consultant delivers consistently high quality and effective service to its staff, partners, participants, community stakeholders and funding agencies.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in employment support services;
An understanding of the issues/challenges facing participants and employers;
Knowledge of local community agencies and the ability to identify and coordinate a range of appropriate services for participants;
Demonstrated experience in call centre or customer service role, ideally within employment services, government or community services.
Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to engage clients with empathy and professionalism.
Proficient in using computer systems including Microsoft Office and client management systems (e.g. ESS Webb, WFA Online land Job Ready).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent prioritisation and time management capacity, with a friendly, calm, measured and proactive demeanour to complete work with high quality – first time resolution in a high-volume community service operating environment.

Ability to obtain Working with Children's Check and National Police Check (NPC) clearances.
