About the Role

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Electrical Leading Hand
Current NSW Electrical Licence or Contractor Licence
Valid White Card for Construction Induction Safety
Proven experience installing and repairing electrical systems and equipment
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a team
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
Professional appearance and take pride in delivering high-quality work




Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment
Lead and supervise team members on-site
Interpret technical documentation and ensure compliance with electrical codes
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently
Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work workplace
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
