About the Role
At Safe House Psychology, people come first, both our clients and our team. We're looking for psychologists who want more than just a job, clinicians ready to grow their careers, contribute to a positive culture, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, teens and adults.
This is a full-time or part-time role where you'll be supported to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while also being challenged to develop your skills, refine your niche, and reach your professional potential. You'll have the backing of a collaborative team and structured professional development, ensuring you can thrive in a workplace that values both excellence and balance.
What We Offer
100-Day Mentoring Program
- A structured, supportive onboarding program designed to help you succeed. Includes weekly mentoring, peer supervision, and targeted training. Your caseload builds gradually, with full capacity starting in week five.
Sustainable Workload
- We cap caseloads at five clients per day, with dedicated time built into your schedule for clinical work such as report writing, treatment planning, and professional development.
Full Admin Support
- Our friendly, full-time administrative team manages all reception, bookings, billing, and client enquiries. They also handle all client consent forms and pre-screening, so you'll always know who's walking into your session and can focus fully on providing care.
Niche Development
- Explore and grow in the areas that excite you. Whether it's child and family work, trauma, assessments, or another specialty, we'll help you carve your path with the right training and supervision.
Professional Growth
- Annual PD allowance, regular peer learning, and access to experienced clinicians who genuinely care about your progress.
Supportive Team Culture
- You'll never have lunch alone here. We share a common lunch break every day, a small but powerful way we stay connected. Expect laughter, collaboration, and a team that looks out for one another.

As our team grows, we're also planning team days and retreat getaways to recharge, connect, and celebrate the work we do together.
Your Own Consult Room
- Each psychologist has a private, thoughtfully furnished space with the freedom to decorate and personalise it so it feels like your own. You'll also have access to a comfortable breakout area and staff kitchen for downtime and connection.
Purpose-Built Clinic
- A calm, welcoming environment designed for comfort and focus, with shared resources, therapy materials, and staff-only zones to recharge.
Convenient Location
- Situated in Ed Square Town Centre, Edmondson Park, surrounded by cafes, shops, and restaurants, with secure staff parking and the train station right next door.
Competitive Salary & Reward Structure
- AUD $105,000 - $135,000 + superannuation + PD allowance +
fortnightly rewards that celebrate your effort, growth, and impact instantly.
