As the Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a flagship retail centre alongside a growing portfolio, working closely with senior leadership in a lean, high-performing team. This role offers real exposure to decision-making, strategy and value creation across existing assets.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a retail-led portfolio, ensuring strong operational performance, tenant engagement and asset optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Full ownership of day-to-day property and operational management across key assets
Managing budgets, reforecasting and financial performance including capex and opex
Overseeing lease administration, outgoings and compliance obligations
Supporting leasing activity, renewals and market reviews
Driving tenant relationships and enhancing customer experience
Managing contractors, service providers and maintenance programs




Identifying and executing value-add and income enhancement opportunities
Delivering high-quality reporting and working closely with leadership on asset performance
About You
You are a commercially minded property qualified who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys taking ownership.
You will bring:
Experience across retail property management (exposure to industrial or mixed-use beneficial)
Strong understanding of leases, outgoings and operational delivery
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build tenant relationships
Sound financial acumen across budgets, reporting and performance tracking
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and drive improvements
Strong organisational skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
