Pulse Child Care Crew is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Educators to join our growing casual team across the Northern Beaches.

We're looking for educators who:
Have a flexible morning schedule and can accept last-minute and same-day shifts
Can travel at short notice and are confident driving between centres
Are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable supporting different services and age groups
Enjoy building relationships with recent centres and teams

The Role

As a valued member of Pulse, you'll support centres by:
Engaging children through play-based learning
Ensuring children's safety, wellbeing, and supervision
Working alongside permanent teams to deliver quality educational programs
Assisting with daily routines including meals, rest, and hygiene





What You Bring
Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teacher qualification
Foundations of Child Safety Certificate
Minimum 6 months full-time equivalent experience (900 hours) in Australian early childhood education and care
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Working With Children Check and full Australian working rights
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (highly regarded)
