We're looking for an experienced Vinyl Floor Layer to join our team. This is not an apprentice or labouring position—we're seeking someone who can confidently work independently and consistently produce high-quality finishes.

About the Role

You’ll be installing a variety of resilient flooring products across commercial and residential projects, including:
Commercial and residential sheet vinyl
Welded sheet vinyl
Cove skirting
Vinyl planks
Safety flooring
Rubber flooring
Floor preparation including grinding, patching and self-levelling
Trims and finishing details

You’ll be expected to read plans,



work efficiently, maintain a clean worksite, and deliver work you’re proud to put your name to.

What We're Looking For
Has extensive experience installing sheet vinyl and vinyl plank flooring
Valid references available
Is highly experienced with heat welding and coved skirting
Can complete jobs independently with minimal supervision
Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
Is reliable, punctual and skilled
Has excellent attention to detail
Can problem-solve on site
Works well within a team and communicates effectively
Holds a current White Card
Holds a current driver's licence (essential)
