Crop Shop Boutique is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Retention) to lead retention, loyalty and CRM across CSB’s global customer journey. You will own the strategy, execution and optimisation of the retention ecosystem, balancing short-term performance with long-term loyalty.

You will partner with Brand, Trade, Product and Data teams to align campaigns with GTM calendars, develop data-driven insights, and drive value through personalised communications and loyalty initiatives.
