As a System Analyst, you'll play a key role in improving business systems, operational processes and technology solutions that support Fishbowl's growing business across Australia and the US. Partnering closely with teams across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Technology, you'll analyse business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver scalable system solutions that improve efficiency, data quality and commercial performance.
Reporting to the Tech Manager, you'll work across a broad technology ecosystem including POS, ERP, online ordering, CRM, KDS and business intelligence platforms, helping shape the systems that support more than 60 restaurants globally.
Skills and experience
You'll have:
Experience in a System Analyst, Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar role
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions
Robust understanding of systems integrations, business processes and data flows
Experience analysing, designing or implementing enterprise business systems
Advanced Excel skills and experience using reporting or business intelligence tools
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience preparing business cases, process documentation and functional specifications
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
A continuous improvement mindset with strong commercial acumen
