Tranex Solar in Launceston, Tasmania is seeking a founding Electrician to build and lead our current electrical service team. You will start hands-on delivering residential repairs, maintenance and upgrades, with a clear pathway to lead a growing field team.
You will work directly with the founders to establish standards, pricing and service processes while recruiting and training future electricians and apprentices. This is a long-term leadership opportunity in Northern Tasmania.
