We're looking for a motivated
Customer Service / Store Assistant
to join our growing team!
This role suits someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, assisting trade customers, and being part of a friendly, supportive workplace.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for providing
exceptional customer service
to our trade and retail customers at the counter and over the phone.
Your day-to-day will include:
Serving and assisting customers with product selection
Processing counter and phone sales
Providing product knowledge and advice
Assisting in maintaining stock levels and store presentation
Helping with deliveries as required
This is a
full-time permanent position
— Monday to Friday, with some Saturday mornings.

Great customer service and communication skills
A professional, team-focused attitude
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
A current driver's license
A sense of humor and a qualified presentation
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
Hardware, building supplies or fastener sales
Power tools and construction products
Trade or building background
Previous store or counter sales experience
