What You'll Be Doing
Oversee a portfolio of housing properties, from allocations and inspections to rent and arrears
Support tenants through every step of their housing journey, promoting independence and wellbeing
Organise property maintenance and liaise with contractors to keep homes safe and functional
Ensure tenancy processes run smoothly and compliantly, addressing feedback with care and professionalism

Essential Skills & Experience
Current driver's licence
Minimum 3 years' experience in tenancy or housing management
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act is a bonus
Checks Required
National Police Certificate
Working with Children (Blue Card)
