Building on decades of integrated logistics expertise, we are continually investing in infrastructure, assets and people, while adapting to the latest trends in technology and digitalisation.Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations at Minto and Wetherill Park.This is a senior operational role responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse performance, safety, compliance, people leadership and customer outcomes across both sites.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and direct all warehouse operations to ensure KPIs are met safely, efficiently and profitablyOversee day-to-day warehouse activities including container packs and unpacks, labour allocation and storage optimisationBalance labour across sites and manage staffing levels, rosters, leave and overtimeEnsure bonded warehouse operations comply with all government regulations and licensing requirementsWork closely with supervisors,



customer service and sales teams to ensure operational planning and executionSupport the sales team by assisting with costing of warehouse jobs and providing operational feedbackMaintain high standards for customer goods handling and storageDevelop and continuously improve warehouse processes and operational efficienciesBuild robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver premium service outcomesAbout YouMinimum 5 years' experience in transport, logistics and warehousing operationsProven experience leading large, diverse operational teamsStrong understanding of warehouse operations, bonded warehouse requirements and complianceExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the businessStrong organisational, planning and time management skillsTertiary qualification in Logistics, Business Management or similar (preferred)Experience with Container Chain or similar logistics systems (desirable)Comfortable working in a quick-paced, operational environmentWhy Join MEDLOG?
