KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Site Manager with daily site coordination
Supervise trades and ensure work is completed on program
Maintain site safety and quality standards
Assist with sequencing and logistics on-site
Step in to lead small sections of work when required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year experience on residential / Commercial high-rise projects
Previous Leading Hand or strong Foreman experience
Valuable understanding of site operations and sequencing
Solid communication and team coordination skills
Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
