The Company

Our client is a leading Australian food and beverage manufacturer, known for a portfolio of trusted health and nutrition brands sold both domestically and internationally. The Role

As part of the Distributions Team, the Customer Service Team Leader takes ownership of the day-to-day coordination of domestic and export distribution whilst leading a team. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being close to operations while also thinking about process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading and coaching a team of three Distribution Officers
Coordinating domestic and export distribution
Liaising with warehousing,



transport providers and manufacturing sites
Monitoring logistics and service performance
Resolving delivery and distribution issues
Identifying opportunities for process improvement
Acting as the key escalation point for distribution matters

About You
Supervisory or team leadership experience in distribution, customer service or logistics
Experience with transport providers and warehousing
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A people-focused leadership style
Excellent organisational skills
