Morrows Logistics is looking for a Transport Operations Team Member to join our afternoon shift crew. This is an important operational role in a specialist Dangerous Goods transport business where safety, structure, and accountability matter.

What You Will Be Doing
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Preparing outbound freight for next day deliveries




Learning Dangerous Goods handling and compliance requirements
Understanding load restraint and safety standards
Supporting drivers and transport operations to ensure smooth dispatch
You will receive training in Dangerous Goods processes and transport compliance. Over time, you will gain a robust understanding of how a specialist logistics operation runs behind the scenes.
What We Are Looking For
Reliable and punctual for a 3:00pm start
Physically capable of loading and unloading freight
Solid attention to detail and safety
A team player who communicates clearly
A willingness to learn and take ownership
Experience in transport or warehousing is beneficial, but attitude, work ethic, and accountability are more significant.
