The Role
We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic crew member to join us on a casual basis. No two shifts look exactly the same — you might be behind the coffee machine one moment and prepping orders the next. That variety is part of what makes working here fun.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering exceptional, friendly customer service — this is non-negotiable
Taking and preparing customer orders, including our famous grazing boxes!
Making coffee and takeaway food




Kitchen hand duties including food prep and packaging
Cleaning and dishwashing to keep the space sparkling
Occasional local deliveries (a big plus if you have a licence and your own wheels - allowance included)
What We're Looking For
A genuine love for working with people — warm, engaging, and professional
A team player who steps up, pitches in, and brings good energy
Someone reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Ability to work Sundays (essential)
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle is a bonus for the occasional delivery
We don't expect you to know how to do everything to start, but we do want someone who loves to learn
