We're looking for an experienced
Workshop Foreman
to join a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty attachments and equipment for the mining, construction and earthmoving industries in Archerfield.
This is a hands-on foreman role where you'll oversee daily workshop operations, lead a skilled fabrication team and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
What's on Offer
$***** per hour
Casual to permanent prospect
Monday to Thursday | 7:00am – 3:30pm
Friday | 7:00am – 1:30pm
Early finish every Friday
Lots of OT 55 hour weeks

The Role You'll be responsible for:
Supervising day-to-day workshop operations
Leading and supporting a team of fabricators
Planning and scheduling workshop activities




Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Managing quality, safety and productivity
Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors
About You
Trade qualified boilermaker
Experience welding quenched and tempered steels
Previous workshop leadership experience
Strong planning and organisational skills
Current Forklift Licence (essential)
Dogging and Rigging licences (desirable)
