We are currently looking to recruit an
Associate/Senior Associate Litigation Lawyer
to join our practice as part of our growing Litigation team, mainly focused in our Environmental Planning Local Government Group. This team deals with a wide and varied area of work which means you will gain experience over a range of different matters.
The successful candidate must have litigation experience and knowledge of the practice and procedure of the Supreme Court and other NSW Courts and have hands on experience in providing advice, managing and running litigation matters. While not essential, it is favourable if the candidate has litigation experience in the areas of local government work and building & construction, and has dealt with disputes in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our team of specialist lawyers providing quality advice and legal representation for our clients.
You will be working across a number of different areas of litigation and advice work, including regularly representing clients in Court, including Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court and other State Courts and tribunals.
The successful applicant will be a hard worker, willing to be helpful, and will work well in a team setting. You will have strong technical abilities and client relationship skills with an excellent attention to detail.
